Placement Team
A dedicated Training & Placement wing has been established to support student placements and higher education opportunities, both in India and abroad. A well-structured training program is designed to bridge the industry-academia gap and equip students with the skills needed to meet industry expectations. Training begins from the first year of B.Tech, MBA, Pharmacy and Diploma focusing on developing at least one specialized technological skill. The institution follows best practices in training delivery and organizes various exclusive, pooled, on-campus, and off-campus recruitment drives.
All students registered with Placement Cell will also be provided placement assistance and also, counselling for employment and Self/Social entrepreneurship. We encourage young Engineers to participate in the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre” and practice Outcome Based Education for a better future. The Placement Cell assures logistic support for visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making college infrastructure available to them. The Placement Cell will act as an edge between the industry and the students, and will mainly facilitate the students to select for their career options.
We facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement. Our Placement Cell has liaison with corporate organizations to provide suitable jobs and intern-ship for the candidates for completing their studies from the Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions.
The Placement Cell also conducts seminars and workshops to enable the students of our Institution to become successful professionals. Our motto is to help the students to fulfil their dreams by providing quality placement and to assure a challenging career.
