Violence against women is a serious and widespread issue in India, as well as throughout the world. And while the long-term goal is education to stop violence against women, there are actionable strategies women can employ, right now.
Different organizations are working on protection of women. It is very important that we should teach some basic and useful tricks to the women and girls so that they can utilize them when in danger or whenever needed. They may need the self-defence skills to safe someone else as well.
SHE Teams is a division of Telangana Police for enhanced safety and security of women. We conduct regular sessions in the college campus for raising awareness among students and help them when they need.
