The top 600 students from Brilliant Group are selected for an advanced product development training program, which prepares them for hackathons, dynamic programming, scenario-based coding, boot camps, full-stack web development, and Python/Java training. Students from this elite pool consistently excel in national-level competitions such as the Smart India Hackathon and coding contests organized by various companies.
IT Training For Circuit Branches:
Given the limited opportunities in core industries, a specialized IT training program has been introduced for circuit branches (ECE and EEE) and core branches (MECH and CIVIL) alongside the regular curriculum. This initiative aims to equip non-IT students who aspire to build careers in the IT industry. As a result of this approach, the institution has witnessed a 40% increase in placements for non-IT departments.

Specialized CRT Training
The Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program is a powerful initiative to impart soft skills which will help the students clear recruitment entrance exams easily. The training programs are initiated by commencing a Memorandum of Understanding with training experts in the field. Students staying back after college hours are a voluntary decision on part of the student. Every club formed in college is interdisciplinary and involves working together expeditiously. Participation in a sudden jam session, group discussions, debates and other cultural activities has broadened the horizons for student interaction and development.
Formulating a streamlined practice has proven to be a task that involves all departments taking the initiative and the noteworthy involvement of the Humanities department. The communication and interview skills of the student have been the major target area for the management.
CRT mainly comprises of preparing students for attempting and clearing the preliminary written test, Technical Interview and HR Interview. Additionally Personality Development and Soft Skills Training also is provided to perform confidently in Interviews.
