A seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in training, development, and placement coordination.
Her expertise is in establishing strong industry connections, organizing on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, and facilitating internships, career counseling, and skill development programs.
At Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions, we ensure students are well-prepared with the necessary technical and soft skills to excel in competitive job markets.
All students registered with Placement Cell will also be provided placement assistance and also, counselling for employment and Self/Social entrepreneurship. We encourage young Engineers to participate in the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre” and practice Outcome Based Education for a better future. The Placement Cell assures logistic support for visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making college infrastructure available to them. The Placement Cell will act as an edge between the industry and the students, and will mainly facilitate the students to select for their career options.
We facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement. Our Placement Cell has liaison with corporate organizations to provide suitable jobs and intern-ship for the candidates for completing their studies from the Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions.
